Returns & Refunds Policy
At OptiVision, we aim to ensure full satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged subject to the conditions below.
Return Window

Returns: Eligible eyewear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

Exchanges: Eligible eyewear items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unused, unworn, unscratched, and in original condition

Be returned in original packaging with all tags attached, including the OptiVision authenticity/return tag

Pass inspection by OptiVision staff before approval
Items failing inspection will not be accepted.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges (UAE Orders)

All UAE returns and exchanges are processed in-store only at any OptiVision retail location

Customers must present the digital invoice or order number

Express or delivery fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Contact lenses (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Custom prescription / ophthalmic lenses

Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses

Orders containing mixed eligibility items (if an order includes any non-returnable item, the entire order is considered non-returnable)
Refund Methods & Processing Time

Online / Prepaid Payments (Card, Apple Pay, etc.)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–7 business days after approval (bank processing times may vary). -
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds are issued as OptiVision store credit only. COD orders are not eligible for cash or bank refunds.
Deductions & Fees

Original delivery fees are non-refundable

International return shipping and applicable customs fees are deducted from refunds or store credit, where applicable
Promotional Discounts & Partial Returns
If a promotional discount code is used on an order with multiple items and part of the order is returned:

The promotional discount becomes void for the entire order

Any retained items are re-priced at their original sale price prior to discount application

The refund amount equals the original amount paid minus:

Full undiscounted price of retained items

Any non-refundable delivery or return shipping fees
