Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time

Order cut-off:
Paid orders placed before 17:00 Dubai Time (Sunday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 17:00 Dubai , on Saturdays, or on UAE public holidays are processed the next working day.

Quality check:
Every product is inspected for condition, alignment, and completeness (case, cleaning cloth, warranty card) prior to dispatch or pickup.

Prescription or custom items:
Orders with custom ophthalmic lenses may require an additional 2–5 working days.
Customers are notified if processing exceeds this timeframe.
2. Shipping & Delivery (UAE Only)

3. Store Pickup (UAE)

Availability: Selected OptiVision retail locations

Customers are notified when the order is ready for collection

Valid ID and order confirmation are required at pickup
4. Tracking & Notifications

A tracking link is sent by email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched

Delivery status updates include: processing, dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered

Same-day Dubai deliveries may include live rider tracking
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery up to two times

If delivery fails, the order is returned to OptiVision

Customers may choose:

Re-delivery (if applicable), or

Refund minus any actual delivery costs incurred

6. PO Boxes & Remote Areas

PO Box addresses: Supported for UAE standard delivery only

Remote or restricted areas:
May require collection from the nearest courier hub. Customers are informed in advance if applicable.
7. Split Shipments
If items are shipped from different OptiVision locations to speed up delivery, customers receive separate tracking details at no additional cost.
8. Packaging
All eyewear is shipped in original brand packaging, secured inside protective OptiVision shipping boxes.
9. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Requests must be submitted before the order is marked “Shipped.”
